OMEX low-voltage general purpose dry-type transformers provide safe, efficient voltage transformation for commercial, industrial, institutional, data center, and infrastructure applications. Available in single- and three-phase designs, these ventilated units support common voltage combinations, aluminum or copper windings, multiple temperature-rise options, and practical indoor or outdoor installation in NEMA 3R enclosures.

Overview

Built for everyday facility distribution, OMEX general purpose dry-type transformers step incoming power down to the voltages required by lighting, receptacles, HVAC equipment, machinery, controls, and other building loads. Dry-type construction uses air for cooling and contains no liquid insulating fluid, supporting straightforward installation near the load. Stocked and project-specific configurations are available with 60 Hz operation, common primary-to-secondary voltage combinations, and application engineering support.
